The Magic Button exists to do one job: turn a broken Verse compiler error into working code. If it doesn't do that for you — a fix didn't work, the tool didn't fit your workflow, anything — email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked, no proof required. This covers:
Email uguryelkarasi@gmail.com from the address you paid with, including the email used at checkout. We process refunds through Stripe within a few business days; it can take a few more days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Subscriptions (Pro Elite monthly/annual) can be cancelled at any time to stop future billing — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, but past periods aren't refunded once the 7-day window has passed.
The 3-Year Founder license is a one-time payment; outside the 7-day window it isn't eligible for a partial or pro-rated refund.
This guarantee is meant for genuine "it didn't work for me" cases. We reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of clear abuse — for example, requesting refunds repeatedly after heavy use of paid fixes each time.
