The Magic Button exists to do one job: turn broken Verse compiler errors into working code and save you hours of debugging. If it doesn't measurably save you dev time (a fix didn't work, the tool didn't fit your workflow, or you're not 100% satisfied), email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked, no proof required, and all snapshot backups created remain yours. This covers:
Email hello@opstudios.net from the address you paid with, including the email used at checkout. We process refunds through Stripe within a few business days; it can take a few more days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Subscriptions (Pro Elite monthly/annual) can be cancelled at any time to stop future billing; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, but past periods aren't refunded once the 7-day window has passed.
The 3-Year Founder license is a one-time payment; outside the 7-day window it isn't eligible for a partial or pro-rated refund.
This guarantee is meant for genuine "it didn't work for me" cases. We reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of clear abuse, for example requesting refunds repeatedly after heavy use of paid fixes each time.
